This hotel has everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with a broken lock on our luggage and the staff made several trips to our room and finally got the lock open. We always use this hotel for our flights in and out of Seattle and have never been disappointed. I often stay at this hotel because it is convenient.
