I'd feel bad stinging the NHS for a third prosthesis in 5 months when my boobs were lopsided before anyway! I'm not sure I can help much. The stick on ones I've got are designed to be worn during the day and removed at night as far as I know! I was a size 34E so they probably won't be any good for you, what a shame.
