Yards are well-kept. Car is needed. There are sidewalks. Parking is easy. It's dog friendly. Kids play outside. It's quiet. There's holiday spirit. They plan to stay for at least 5 years. Very animal friendly area. I live around the corner from my mom's house where I grew up. I left for 11years when I joined the military. One if the main reasons I moved here besides to be close to mom is that it has never flooded. Not safe to walk alone, or with small dogs. Walking stick required. Don't walk alone at night. Friendly neighbors on my side where i live. It's growing, getting nicer, cleaner, every year. No gangs or high rate crime area.
They're building more businesses, schools, libraries, etc. Also my house never gets flooded, only my street. It also is a short commute to my job. Our neighbors are respectful.
