Extremely rude! I paid extra for a no chip manicure. I was told it would last at least two weeks, it started peeling in three days. They called me a liar, yelled at me and gave me attitude.
I was polite and they were rude to me. They lost a customer, that was loyal and tipped well. Terrible customer service. Jill E. The pedicure was mediocre. She used a metal cuticle pusher, pressing down as hard as she possibly could on my nails and pushing back into the cuticles themselves.
It hurt so bad, and one of my cuticles started bleeding because of it. It hurt all afternoon. Sometimes it hurts a bit, sometimes the tech cuts a little to much, etc… accidents happens. But this experience was on a whole other level. So painful.
So at that point I had three bloody and sore fingers that then got buffed and filed just as aggressively before being sprayed with alcohol. Two fingers with smaller cuts stopped bleeding, but the one was still looking bad.
